1 on 1 Individual Coaching

If you want one on one tailored training for you and your sport and/or lifestyle, this is the place to start.

Elements are taken from traditional strength training, yoga, mobility and kettlebells to deliver the ultimate experience to develop the skills you need.

We focus on 3 key areas.

Small Group Training

All of the benefits of 1:1 coaching but you share the space with 2-3 other lovely humans. You will still have an individual program but are sharing the 1:1 attention of the coach.

This service is for you if you’re looking for that 1:1 interaction but also looking for a community and a slightly more cost effective service than 1:1 training.

There is limited spaces available as only a maximum of 4 people are in each time slot to ensure I can maintain the quality of the training and service.

Online Coaching

The online training option offers all of the elements of in-person training except you are left to complete the workouts, trainings and flows on your own.

This is best if you have some experience weight training and are looking to expand your skillset or need some guidance in programming. As well as accountability.

Often with online coaching we try to meet for in-person sessions at least once a month. If you are a distant online client, we try to get on a call.

You still have access to me regularly through the training app and I keep a close watch that you’re completing you’re workouts.

Fascial Stretch Therapy + Mobility

I use a combination technique to help you enhance your mobility.

Through an FST assessment and prescribed FRC exercises to build your mobility and joint strength foundation.

FST is a unique system that works in all planes of movement to enhance your athletic ability, flexibility, mobility and overall movement patterns in your body.

All you need to do is breathe and relax.

Note: This is an in-person service.

Large Group Training

This option operates on a waitlist/ closed-group. This just means that it isn’t like your regular studio where you can book any class you like.

The people that attend are regulars and come every week and are committed to their training.

Workouts are full- body and focussed on strength and mobility. They are NOT HIIT or crossfit based. They are very much functional strength training and encourage you to explore new movements and range in your body.
