What Is Fascial Stretch Therapy?
Simply put.
I work from your joints to your limbs.
On a massage table while you breathe.
Creating space in your body.
Increasing mobility.
Activating muscle in new ranges.
All so you can move better.
Whether it be:
Needing increased mobility
Wanting better performance in the gym or outdoor sports
(range, power, balance)
Having tight hips, back, shoulders, neck
Injury prevention
I can help.
So, what is FST?
FST is a unique system that targets the tightest areas in your body. Starting from your joints and working out to your fingers and toes.
I work on a massage table, so all you have to do is relax and breathe.
What makes FST special is how it combines specific angles mixed with traction, passive stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation to target your joints and fascia. All while you lay down and relax.
It can even help increase your power, strength, muscle activation, speed and overall athletic performance.
What is Fascia?
It is the only system that anatomically and physiologically touches all other systems in the body. It is a net and communicates with the rest of your body 3 times the speed of your nervous system.
Connective tissue that holds your whole body together and acts as a system of communication outside of the nervous system
What does it do:
Transmits mechanical information from any force of movement to the rest of your body.
